Sachkhand Travels Ltd helps arrange travel services supplied by airlines, hotels, cruise lines, tour operators and other travel providers. Read these general terms together with your quotation, booking confirmation and the conditions for each selected service.

Enquiries, quotations and confirmation
An enquiry or proposed itinerary does not confirm a reservation. Prices and availability may change until the relevant arrangements are confirmed. Check the currency, traveller details, dates, inclusions and quote validity. Your advisor will identify the approval, payment and confirmation steps that apply to the proposed booking.
Prices, payments and fees
The quotation should identify the booked services, total price, payment schedule and any disclosed planning or service fees. Optional experiences, baggage, meals or transfers are included only where stated. Review all amounts and ask about anything unclear before authorizing payment. No additional fee should be assumed from this general page alone.
Traveller details and requirements
Provide accurate names and traveller information, and review documents promptly. Entry, transit and passport requirements depend on each traveller and route. Consult the relevant official authorities and tell your advisor about assistance or other special requirements before booking. Requests are not guaranteed unless confirmed in writing.
Changes, cancellations and refunds
Contact your advisor promptly to request a change or cancellation. Available options, supplier charges, fare differences and refunds depend on the applicable booking conditions and legal rights. Your advisor can review those conditions and explain the proposed action. These terms do not limit rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Suppliers and changes to the journey
Travel suppliers operate the services they provide and may have their own conditions for schedules, facilities and disruptions. The confirmed documents identify the arrangements purchased. If a supplier changes them, contact us to discuss the options that apply to the booking.
