2. Travel Planning & Agency Role Sachkhand Travels Ltd acts as an agent for travel suppliers. We are not responsible for the acts or omissions of third-party providers (airlines, hotels, etc.). Our website contains links to third-party sites (e.g., WhatsApp). We do not control and are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of these external sites.

3. Bookings and Payments Prices for Australia and New Zealand custom journeys are subject to change until a deposit is received. All bookings are subject to the terms of the specific travel supplier.

4. Cancellations and Refunds Cancellation fees vary by supplier. Sachkhand Travels Ltd reserves the right to charge a professional fee for planning services. We strongly recommend purchasing Travel Insurance at the time of booking.

5. BC Travel Assurance Fund As a licensed travel agent in British Columbia (BC License #71425), your payments may be protected by the BC Travel Assurance Fund in the event of supplier insolvency, subject to the fund’s terms.

6. Limitation of Liability Sachkhand Travels Ltd shall not be liable for any injury, loss, or damage related to supplier performance or Force Majeure events.
